I eat hordes of fish, don't see any problem with cod liver oil over normal fish oils. I eat masses of garlic, all onion family contains allicin among other things which is beneficial for inflammation and blood pressure among other. Enjoy! (but make sure anyone you kiss has also taken the same things)
