Of all the luck in this weather went down with it last week - couldn’t eat then but am more now. A little concerned my bs levels are are raised 1 to 2 points like 6 to 7.2 at bedtime. Is this normal ? I know they are still quite good but don’t want to go wrong way !

It's the heat and the infection. Stay hydrated for both.

Thanks - I’m drinking about 6 pints of water a day!! Maybe wine would help!!!’
