Gestational diabetes high reading

Hi there,

I just tested 1 hour after dinner and my result was 10.5 which is the highest Iv had since starting 3 days ago. I normally have a reading of 7 something. Should I worry? Or what shal I do? I'm going to test again in an hour.

I had some chicken soup with a white baguette which I have been eating whole meal bread normally, then had two spring rolls and a piece of chocolate. I was pretty hungry lol. Before dinner I smacked on an apple and banana?

I slacked tonight with being good.
