I'm a freelance journalist putting together an article for a women's magazine about gestational diabetes. I'm looking for a woman who had or currently has a diagnosis of gestational diabetes who would be willing to share her experience with the readership. The aim is to raise awareness of the condition, symptoms and treatment, and also to try and reassure those recently diagnosed. I was diagnosed with gestational at 6 months and treated with insulin. I am now insulin dependant as a consequence, it has changed my life.
