Decided to kick-start my weight loss last Wednesday and got back on the scales this morning and have lost 2lb, recent family events meant I'd stalled but didn't put any weight on so I know where I want to be food wise once I reach my target weight, another 16lb and I'll be back to where I was in my 20's.
I'm the heaviest I've been for a good few years (17 1/2 st) since starting on overnight insulin. So I'm gonna get back on it and have a really good bash! Looking to lose (optimistically) 2 1/2 st, but more likely (realistically!) 1 1/2 st to get me back to where I was when I was 25 (33 now).
It's gonna mean PLENTY of extra exericse for me. :x
