there isn't much I dislike maybe rude and aggressive people
Although I am still waiting to be weighed by the nurse on the 10th of June. I was 16 stone = 224 lbs my waist was 46 it's now 44 and my blood sugar is averaging about 8 prior to going on a LCHF diet it was in the high teens , so definite progress.
 
Good work, well done, but buy some scales ...... if you can afford them .... and track it yourself :)

Thanks for the encouragement but at the moment I am waiting to be weighed on the same scale which is very accurate that told me I was 16 stone and I am hoping for a nice surprise for me and the nurse.:)
 
Hi Viv.

Good luck with it all. I'd still buy one and then compare day after / same day ... but that's up to you mate :)
