Getting up early as diabetic, when should I take insulin?

I have to go somewhere very early on saturday morning so am going to bed early and getting up around 1am. I normally have insulin once a day at 8am, after having got up about 6am. What time should I have it if I get up 5 hours earlier?

I'm type 1 and do my insulin at the same time regardless what time I get up.
I don't know anything about type 2 diabetes and insulin though.

stick to your normal routine would be what I'd do, getting up early once wont change your body clock, just make sure you eat to cover the increased energy need
