I have been hovering around the 4.5 to 6 all day.
Not experiencing false hypos but struggling with energy. Feel quite empty (eaten tons). Is this normal while getting used to lower numbers?
To be honest Cana, I can't specifically remember. Have you tried just having a cup of tea/coffee, and see how you feel in a little while? It'll likely then be close to time to eat.

Maybe it is the medication you're taking?
I haven’t. Been like it all afternoon.
Cut the grass but just felt like no energy and kept stopping. Not a problem as at home. Determined to get used to these numbers.
Hoping I just need to get used to it
When I feel a bit off (OK, so I have never taken any meds relating to diabetes), I usually have a drink of some sort. A cup of tea, or decaf coffee, or a sugar-free squash or even just some water.
If you’ve just started low carb eating there’s a thing called carb/Keto flu, as your body gets used to having little carbs in the diet.
Maybe your just fighting of a slight bug, not enough to make you unwell, but enough that your body’s using a bit more energy than normal. Maybe an early night and plenty of rest tonight.
@Cana 0 I may have remembered wrongly, but after your recent bloods, didn't your meds increase again, pending your decision on whether to try something new or not?
Yes back to 10mg.
Assuming that’s why everything is so much lower. I’m not doing anything else different
