Has anyone found that their GFR blood test has decreased after taking Forxiga? I also take Fuosemide and Spironolactone that are water tablets. My GFR reading is 44.

You need to go back to your Doctor as there is a contraindication when taking a loop diuretic.

"This medicine is not recommended for people taking loop diuretics eg furosemide".
