Different nurse apparently no need to test and I should have carbs with each meal and some starch lol..oh yes and treat myself now and then...
Oh lord
Any way my bloods were 12.9 on dx and are now 7.6 so on right track

The nurse at my doctors tells me to have a nice cob or bread roll every lunch time. I only mentioned cutting down on carbs and she looked annoyed!!!!
