GI diet?

My personal list of things to ignore seems to have grown. They are: CICO, BMI, GI, GL, TC, LoFat. Lo Salt, Wholemeal and David Dickinson.

There is surprisingly little research interest in insulin index over the last few decades...guess it could be useless...or it may turn out to be inconvenient for stakeholders to highlight that high insulin response and chronically elevated insulin may be the problem.

While there are countless T2D interventions to manage glucose, there are hardly any research into drugs that lowers insulin for those with chronically high insulin levels...

The best ways to lower insulin levels and response remains...basically free.

Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load becomes more meaningful when placed in the context of the unusual insulin response that we T2D have. We can then better learn how not to overburden our exhausted and impaired beta cells...
