Hi everyone, i'm pretty new to the forum but i've been diagnosed t1 a couple of months back. Thinking about xmas i will miss all the chocolates/sweets etc and my mum has been making me blueberry cakes with no sugar, they seem fine for my levels so im wondering if anybody knows of any gingerbread recipes which are very low in sugar? thanks in advance (or any other nice things)
