That’s great info thankyou so much, I will try and reduce further on the carb side of things and maybe give it longer to start to work. I dont think I have the willpower to do keto (plus would be only me whilst cooking for the family) I would love to see reading a of 7! Sometimes my waking blood sugar is 7-9 then it just goes up and up as the day goes on. At the moment my readings are no different to the whole of the month med free. I want to loose about 6kg so I am trying to up exercise and eat healthy, however all this week every day without exception I’ve had stomach issues which must be the Gliclazide. It’s really good you’ve found a combo and level of med that seems to be working for you alongside low carb. That’s what I would love now, as feel like it’s been a whole year of feeling pretty rubbish and it going up and down, mostly up! Thanks for all the advice.
