Glucobetic. Any good?

Among the many exciting and exotic emails i receive, (and probably everyone else with an e-mail account!), i am constantly being asked to purchase a product from America called Glucobetic. It claims to be able to reduce blood sugars in some diabetics down to "normal" levels. Has anyone tried this product and is it any good or should it be filled along with the numerous other products claiming to make my manhood huge and Nigerian million pound bank transfers? :roll:

There are hundreds of products like this and they all have 3 things in common:

1. They claim to cure or drastically reduce diabetes

2. They don't have any affect on diabetes at all

3. They make their advertisers very rich at the expense of desperate people who will try anything to rid themselves of diabetes.

It's not quite on a par with the Nigerian scams because at least you do get something for your money - a bottle of useless pills! But I would treat it the same as the Nigerian scams.
