GlucoMenLX 2 upload to Diasend

Hi all, newly diagnosed with T1D and new to this forum. Trying to get my GlucoMenLX 2 meter to upload to diasend... The cable I have appears OK, indicated by the tick box showing "cable connected", but it doesn't seem to find the device when plugged in - anyone having this problem? Any help will be appreciated!
 
This may be not be the answer but..With my meter I have to have it on and set to 'my data' and then 'data transfer' before it will upload once it's showing cable connected.
 
Thanks for the help, I've tried every possible option (on/off etc) but unfortunately it still won't upload
