I found a glucowatch which promises to monitor bg in a non-invasive man er by just wearing the watch. Looks a bit like an ali-express item to me but has anyone tried it by chance? I also read something on Apple having a technology ready for non jnvasive monitoring, which could be introduced in future apple watches.

The glucowatch can be bought below but i also saw some cheaper offers. So any experiences?

Ok update the first link i posted was not right. Here is one:

This seems interesting for the near future: https://ec.europa.eu/newsroom/eismea/items/796404/en

I personally follow the diet prescribed by my doctor! But I also believe in cellular engineering, which will help us all in the future!

The American Food and Drugs Administration has something to say about these generic devices.

You can read the article here.

A book of sorts by a chap named John L. Smith who had 35 years in the industry and has seen a lot of non-invasive blood glucose techniques and companies come and go.

From the back of the book:
"John L. Smith earned a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Illinois and has been involved in the design and development of instrumentation for making chemical measurements since the 1960s. Prior to becoming involved with clinical chemistry instrumentation in 1978, he spent four years as an analytical chemist with Union Carbide and five years as manager of product development with Princeton Applied Research Corporation (later part of EG&G) developing electrochemical instruments. He also taught chemistry at San Jose State University from 1991 to 1997 as an adjunct professor. He retired as the Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of the LifeScan division of Johnson & Johnson in 1998. Following the culmination of a second career as a winemaker and winery owner, he now lives in the Pacific Northwest where he consults in glucose measurement (both invasive and noninvasive) and serves as an expert witness in patent infringement litigation. There's certainly a lot of information in there and quite entertaining backstory of the state of the industry over the past 35 years.

I was in a rush when I posted the link, I'll edit the original post to say what it is too rather than just a random URL!

I spoke to Afon at ATTD. They're apparently running a clinical study with plans to submit for CE mark later this year.

Pinch of salt and everything, but they were happy to talk single digit MARD expectations.
