Gluten/wheat/dairy Free...why Not More Sugar Free?

I know the obvious ones you have stated but carb free bread, cakes, biscuits etc would be nice.
For me any thing that is packaged is not part of my way of eating.
I find it easier and I don’t have to guess what is in the foods I eat.

So what would you suggest is used to make such items? All of them require some sort of flour, and both those high carb flours milled from grains and lower carb ones from nuts or seeds, etc all contain some carbs. However you can, and many of us do - bake diabetic friendly goodies using the low carb alternatives. Microwaved muffins in a mug type baked items just take minutes to bake and are pretty near Idiot proof.

Noting also that too many almond flour recipes can be an issue for people prone to kidney stones.
 
there's flax seed bread and cloud bread but I agree to some extent with Mr_Pot.
