For me any thing that is packaged is not part of my way of eating.I know the obvious ones you have stated but carb free bread, cakes, biscuits etc would be nice.
So what would you suggest is used to make such items? All of them require some sort of flour, and both those high carb flours milled from grains and lower carb ones from nuts or seeds, etc all contain some carbs. However you can, and many of us do - bake diabetic friendly goodies using the low carb alternatives. Microwaved muffins in a mug type baked items just take minutes to bake and are pretty near Idiot proof.I know the obvious ones you have stated but carb free bread, cakes, biscuits etc would be nice.
That is the problem, they wouldn't be nice!I know the obvious ones you have stated but carb free bread, cakes, biscuits etc would be nice.
Sadly I’m allergic to all but two of those. So it would be great to have some alternatives!Cheese
