Go review and statins

Go called today HBAIC 65 was 69 2 hrs ago. My cholesterol from 2020 was 7.8. He didn't check my cholesterol levels this time round. He said the diabetic nurse would offer me a statin to which I said No thanks. GP laughed and said good research that statins reduce cholesterol. I said yes but also evidence on other side effect.
I'd like to hear from people who naturally reduced their cholesterol levels. Gp said I'm clogging my heat up. I know this but statins 20mgs hmmnn.

Some six years ago I was put on Statins ..prior to that I had read accounts about the aches they caused ..I nevertheless took the plunge ..and time has proved that they are ✻safe✻ for me ..my cholesterol level continues to be 'healthy' too.
