Although I've not been on the pump long I am travelling to Russia in just over a week (to meet the little boy we are adopting    ) and I wondered if there are any tips for travelling with a pump.
I will be taking plenty of spare cannulas (especially after my recent bad week  ) and also my injection kits just in case. It's very cold over there outside but very warm inside the buildings so will have to be careful where I carry the pump.
Russia is 3 hours ahead - what should I do about my basal?
