Hi my t1d 14yo son wants to go vegan. I am vegan myself so I have no problem with making vegan meals.
I was a little concerned but after watching some of Mindful Diabetic Robbie's videos and chatting with another T1D vegan n twitter I'm sure this is a good decision.
If there are any other vegans here I would love to have any tips, advice etc.
Please don't answer with suggestions that aren't consistent with veganism!
