Are these too high in carbs to be included in LCHF ? Wondering/hoping!

UKIP, royalty, football, gin, goat's cheese.
They're massively over-rated IMHO, no proven benefits. There are no superfoods of course, but there's plenty of tastier and cheaper alternatives to Goji - Raspberries have far less sugar and probably less airmiles too, oh and they taste nice.

They certainly taste sweet. They are great with nuts and seeds and 85% chocolate and Greek yoghurt, but when I've finished the packet I think I'll deselect them as too carby. ;)

I have dried sour cherries with mine if we don't have raspberries, they're a bit cheaper and nicer.

You may well wonder why I didn't just look at the data on the label? Well, some background info:
I was on holiday in Spain and doing lchf at the same time.
I found the goji berries in the local supermarket, where there was a big range of large plastic boxes of nuts and seeds.
The goji berries tasted great, but fairly sweet...
I tried to check the nutritional content, but could not make sense of the info on the label, my eyesight is not as good as it used to be, dodgy internet connection so didn't persevere with online research, gave up trying.....
Back home, I will try to sort out the real basic info from the wild claims for goji berries, one of which is that they will help my eyesight, haha! :)

Thanks for the tip. I will get some dried sour cherries. I have tried dried (tie-dyed?) blueberries, but think the ones I got were sweetened, and came in such a tiny packet that I had to use about 2 at a time. :) In a dessert made of chia seeds and almond milk, and a few chunks of 85% chocolate. I put 2 mugs of the milk in a lidded jar, chucked in the tiny packet of dried blueberries, 2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds, chopped dark chocolate, vanilla or peppermint essence. Gave it a good shake and waited until the chia seeds had worked their magic. A dessert that keeps well for several days in the fridge, and nice with whipped cream to go with. A nice non-sweet dessert when I need one.
