Morning all, it's been chucking it down all night and looks like it's going to continue. Lovely day for my walk to mums!

Morning, feeling rough...tension headache and neck pain due to neck stiffness. My shoulders and neck are getting stiffer though the years and got worse since my accident with working up on a ladder. Getting old and creaky lol. Put my TENS pad on the back of my neck for an hour and now doing the hot water bottle thingy. It's breezy and overcast here.

Bright and sunny here again this morning, although it's still chilly and it absolutely poured down with rain last night.
There's quite a fun event on locally today - it's an annual charity event called Hoggin' the Bridge, where 2,000-3,000 motorbikes take over the Severn Bridge, crossing from Aust into Chepstow. It's quite a spectacle and a good, fun day out for all the family!

 
UPDATE: I just heard from a friend who's participating today that things are hotting up down there already and they're expecting in excess of 6,000 bikes today!
 
Morning All. @debrasue that looks an interesting day out...noisy and smelly too

Am staying in...not doing my 'Walk' as I have bleeping Shingles
 
Update, did a loosening up workout and finally not so creaky and my tension head/neck pain has gone. Going to do this every morning to iron out all those creaky joints and stiff muscles.
 
Morning from a wet and windy Western Scotland. It's a stay-in day but I have a couple of appointments this afternoon.
 
Morning all, there's a cold going round the family - mum's had it for a couple of days and now A and me have it too! Sending hugs to all the other poorly peeps xx
 
Morning all spent this morning getting my ESA claim in and sorting bit of cash to keep us going for a bit hope all are well big hugs @Diamum5972 hope you feel better soon Barbara and to @eddie1968
