Pouring rain today, I'm feeling much better so think I'll get hubby to drive me to the PO and local shop, I need some fresh air

There's a lovely blue sky out there this morning, looks like it will be a good drying day
The D.E.R.E.K. course was very good and informative, glad we went. They told us that nationally of those that are offered the course only 5% take it up!
@13lizanne sorry to hear you've not been feeling well.

Morning all, it's grey and rather misty out there at the moment, I'm just waiting for A to wake up so we can go and vote. Hope everything went well for @tina_marie and Ron yesterday, I've been thinking of you both
 
Good morning everyone , who change the weather ? Yes all went well yesterday , Ron has been told to contact dss and tell them about his change in medication and his health. He got up this morning unable to move his legs yet again . Although now seems OK. Hope everyone has a good day special hugs to Vicky . X

Woken by a huge thunderstorm around midnight, not forecast, really heavy rain as well. It was grey when I got up but seems to be clearing now.
Only in work till 1pm today cos I'm going to see Take That at the O2 tonight with DD

Morning everyone, it's a bright and breezy day today. I'm glad the rain has stopped, we got drenched on our way to the polling station yesterday! I'm off out and about soon, I'm popping up to Morrison's to try their protein bread. Thanks for the recommendation @ickihun!
 
Morning everyone!

I feel like I've had no sleep. Up late to watch politics and up early with 4yr old. What joy! Ha ha

I've woken up properly now. I'm too hoping to get protein bread too @Diamum5972 . Not guaranteed enough in in my local morrisons. I may have to call ahead to bigger branch near the beach.

Awaiting the postman before I pop out. Painkillers will be well established, I hope, by then. If no protein bread I will get some rolls from lidl. They seem to be more reliable for their customers.

Enjoying my 4yr old before september. Me and mr ickihun need to walk our hearts out. We will practice in the 6wks. That is only around the corner.

I wish I could walk like I used to. I used to do 6miles without a thought.

It's raining here but I've been out for my first proper walk in ages. My lovely local country park is gorgeous, the trees are so beautiful, nature in all her glory! Ankles throbbing a bit but - oh! It was worth it. Hope everyone has a great day

Morning everyone, I'm rather sniffly at the moment but that doesn't stop me getting out and about I start my IT course on Monday and I'm planning on walking there and back (it takes just over half an hour to get there) so hopefully it will kickstart my weight loss. I've hit a bit of a plateau recently so it's much needed!
