Good Morning

4/7 - Good Morning from an overcast - could rain York.
Have a good day everyone .
 
A cold and rainy morning here.
Off to bed as totally shattered again. I've taken vit d tablets for 5 days now. I wonder when my tiredness will improve? Had some 7s and 8s yesterday but bgs seem to be a bit more compliant today. See you all later.
Ps. I've stopped my statin due to pins and needles too severe to ignore. On low fat diet and orilstat so more than enough to reduce dietary fat intake.
No walking today unless rain stops. Not well enough to walk really, so I'll see.

There's a bright blue sky out there and the forecast is for a very hot day today.

Seeing the diabetes nurse today for results of last weeks blood test.

I didn't realise I've had lurgies hanging around.
4yr old had it first, then me and now daddy is suffering. Guess whose out expected to get shopping? I cannot breathe at mo.

I have no choice I have to get a taxi back. I'll judt take my time.
I won't be going out til I'm feeling loads better thou.
Why carnt people understand their deodorants are toxic!
I think they're after my life insurance. Ha ha

Morning all , sunny day here . Hope you all have a good weekend . Not doing much today but planning a day out tomorrow as its Ron's birthday fingers crossed he's up to it . He was having a good day yesterday until chest pain struck late evening. Hugs to all those that need one . Xxx
 
Happy birthday Ron! July babies are best but I would say that cos it's my birthday in 2 weeks

Off to bed.
I've gone from sleeping all the time to not being able to sleep again.
Been given a date for my diabetes specialist review in 3wks time. I have dates for new eating sessions to apply to new stomach from bariatric op. I have another dieticians appointment in july and awaiting an apoointment with bariatric psychologist. Seeing my diabetes one on thursday so I guess I'll be swopped over.
Still losing weight and need to buy some new clothes, clothes I can adjust through my weight loss year.
My friend has now lost over 11stones by having the same op as mine. She isn't diabetic or have underactive thyroid thou like me.
I'll be happy with a 5stone loss. Any more will be a bonus!
If I can lose insulin, I'll be ecstatic.

I'm getting more and more excited but apprehensive due to being a few hour long op.
I wonder if my liver will do as it's told?
Hoping for some idea of more at specialist appointment.
I'm only having flickers of panic about dying young now. I can see my tunnel opening up!

Good Morning.....still feel shattered and am wondering WHY these days I wake up more tired than when I went to bed
