Good Morning

Morning all, I'm having to use the app because my internet is being changed over to a new provider today. Darling offspring is not impressed because we're having some disruption during the changeover!
 
Morning everyone , after a rubbish day yesterday, I'm hoping for a better one today. Good luck with your appointment William .

It's grey outside this morning.
Slept really well till 2.18 then lay there for ages, finally got up at 4.30 :mad:

@Liam1955 I saw your post on the afternoon thread but I couldn't post last night for some reason o_O. Did you get your G&T?

29/6 - Good Morning from a dull and dreary York!
Hope everyone is well and enjoy the day :).
@heh - opted for 2 glasses of Red Wine as in the past this has "helped" to lower my Blood Sugars, but unfortunately it was not to be this time with 7.6 this morning :shifty:.

It was a bit better not much. The other day Ron had an angina attack and it just went down hill from then , change in weather don't help. This morning he's been for a fasting blood test to rule out any problems which maybe causing him to have memory problems . If test comes back all clear he will be referred to memory clinic for further investigations. Over the past 18 months his health has just gone from bad to worse . Least he has me so he can't moan . We just have to take one day at a time . Hope everyone else is doing alright . Will let you know when test results are back.

Morning all, A and me are going out and about today - there's a toy shop in a shopping park on the outskirts of Cov which has a massive Lego range! I've been promising to take him there more or less since it opened 2 years ago and today's the day, he's been saving up for ages and this is my last day off till my course starts again. Wish us luck for the very long bus ride!

It's grey and gloomy with a forecast of rain here in S Glos, after a lovely, hot, sunny day yesterday. Oh well, that's British summertime for you - if you don't like the weather, just wait a minute...
