Good Morning

Good morning everybody. The sun is trying to peep through clouds. I went swimming this morning 50 minutes swimming and 35 lengths before 10a.m. Hope everyone is having a great day. Good luck with the blood test @liam1955 . @amgrundy good luck with the shopping trip .

Good afternoon everybody. I missed the morning as I went swimming again. I swam continuously for 1 hour and swam the equivalent of 40 lengths. It's cloudy and has been raining all day, most of the time heavily. I hope everyone is enjoying their day.
 
Hi @mo53 you are doing really well with the swimming I used to love going swimming, haven't been for ages. Do you swim with a friend, or go on your own?
 
Hello @13lizanne . I love swimming. I've tried the gym but it's not for me. At present I'm swimming on my own but my other half will start coming again in a couple of days.
 
Good morning everyone. Frosty but sun trying it's best, thermometer said -5 degrees at 7am Don't feel well today pains in chest and lungs so having a quiet day in. Hubby gone into office this morning to sort out a problem ( some retirement) so it's cups of tea and my leopardskin fluffy blanket for me. Good luck today at hospital @liam1955 Hope everyone has a good day x
