Good news for me

I am to report some good news for a change. If anyone has been following my 'woe is me' type posts due to quitting cigs in Sept and my normally stable BS going out of control. I saw GP yesterday and she fully backs my low carb via Michael Mosley's Blood Sugar Diet and advised I take 3 months to try and turn BS around. I think I've sorted my late afternoon spikes by changing breakfast. But hood news is that she did not hesitate in accepting my request for prescription nano clik lancets and test strips - as a retiree I found them really expensive to buy
