Good news today

Had good news today. When for a check up as I'm a kidney transplant patient. The doctor said I'm not pre diabetic anymore could have kissed her. I'm not being complacent about it though still staying on low carb with a acasunal treat. Was getting worried about losing my kidney. Happy Happy!

It can happen to you all keep on the LCHF saying that though my doctor said butter is very very bad for you, I said I don't think so but left it at that you can't argue with a doctor they won't have it. Heheh

My GP who is now retired is on Twitter. She recommends LCHF and butter at every turn. I think the message will get through one day.
