I've not posted on here for some time ....
Diagnosed T2 in feb 2013 HBA1C 98 and cholesterol 5.1. After months of changing treatments etc had my blood tests done and HBA1C is now 46 (dr said good control) and cholesterol was 3.7 ( dr said still high but improving). Am really pleased with the results. I've lost a stone in weight, slow coming off as under active thyroid also but it's getting there slowly.
Am just really chuffed and happy and wanted to share with everyone here.
