Good results

Having had diabetes for just over a year now I've just had my yearly blood test results back and my Hba1c is down to 42 now,my doctor said this is really good in the non diabetic range.So any one who as been just diagnosed if you stick to your diet and take your medication you can get good results but always to have a treat now and again.

Wonderful news ...my numbers hba1c do go up and down ....the better the diet the higher the number it seems for me ....
But I stay on my medication , it's just how my body works ..

But it is so lovely when you get a low result ...so brill ...it does feel good ..kat
