I agree that Hotters or echos are the best. Virtually all I wear these days. For long walks I wear their boots think they are called daisy and I have just ordered their goretex “Rutland” goretex Boots for more wet weather hikes. In a few months time I am going away for 3 weeks and I'll be doing a lot of walking.
This will be primarily urban though some rural as well.
I saw a podiatrist a few weeks ago and told her about my 3 weeks of numb toes after walking 3-4 hours a day whilst in Beijing for 10 days. She said that 3-4 hours of walking requires proper walking shoes whether you are walking a tor or along urban high streets.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for good walking shoes that are suitable for a T2 tryng to protect their feet as much as possible.
