due to my diabetes i suffer bad circulation in my legs and feet. tingly to the touch and very cold.

however i have started to wear football socks pulled up to the knee and it seems to be really helping.

im sure it would help alot of men. can get real cheap on ebay too.

for the ladies my old friends mum wore tubey grips under her tights but im sure there are good support tights on the market.

really appreciate your feedback guys and let me know how you get on.

ps any of you guys on a good diabetic support group on facebook ?

cheers luv Drew x x x x

Good to hear you've found a solution. My hands get very cold even in summer unless I've been doing something breathless so Mrs DeeJay got me some woolly arm sleeves stretching from elbow to fingertip which I can cover my hands with and slide back when required. More versatile than gloves. At my age I expect my circulation to be slowing down anyway.

have you tried coconut oil capsules? Having an underactive thyroid I always seemed to have cold hands and feet, but ever since I've been taking coconut oil that seems to have gone.
