    Walking - at least a half hour brisk walk every day

    Suffer from Myasthenia Gravis and underactive thyroid.
    Diagnosed with Steroid induced Diabetes - August 2016
    Started on 40mg Gliclizade twice daily. Now off meds as at 17 January 2017
    Weight loss so far - nearly 3 stone (2+ stone yet to lose!)
