Thanks andy. Just realised that rise was 1 lol. Think i am spending to long looking at the numbers and need to work on my adding up skills Looks like the only carbs i can tolerate is a whole weat riveta, rice cake and a bit of 85-90% dark chocolate (6 carbs or less)
