Got mail from blood bank

Saturday i found an envelope from the blood baank.
They said that have reviewd my position and for the newer regulation, after the past blood exams and the ones the made in February, I could donate blood again up to four times a year.

Fo me worked metformin and a reduced carb diet at 45% calorie intake and a 2000/2200 kCal diet.

This is another readon to have a balanced diet and an healthy lifestyle.
 
Couldn't agree more @MikeTurin - I'm following a similar path of reduced carb/calories and a bit more exercise which at this stage is working for me. Here's hoping all find a way to a better place that suits their situation.

I actually want to donate blood, in the past I didn't because of needle phobia, but as that has been sorted by jabbing 5 times a day I am ready...but I can't :(

Odd that you can in the US if you are on insulin.
