Got my results Hba1c today

Hi guy just to catch up
Got my hba1c results today 10.9

Been on a ok diet breaking the rules only once lost 1kg in 4 weeks but need to do better ( only another 29 kg to go lol)

Thanks to you guys for the encouragement and support

Now i have to contact the nurse next week for more advice
