Currently drooling over Swiss roll, and Paul Hollywood, my request is can they make lower carb / sugar versions please.
 
me to paul hollywood is fit as ahah i found my tummy was rumbling after watching it had to have suger free jelly to calm down x
 
I'm a male so Paul just doesn't do it for me lol.
I watched the program it made me cry I loved to bake and have a couple of books from the series on the shelf I also have a kitchen aid stand mixer now sadly gathering dust.
All that sugary goodness alas no more.
 

I've got the pies and pudds book, that's a definite no no. I'm sure I've seen a ground almond Swiss roll recipe on the low carb forum. Your mixer could be good for that

Loved the show last night!

I wouldn't eat anything that the guy with the beard cooked though! He needed to have a hair net or something on that!

He (paul Holloway) is the one thing that puts me off the show.

He made the comment last year on irish radio that Coeliac disease didnt exist and if we all paid a little more for a better quality wheat we would be fine. absolute Ejiet.
 
I went from drooling over the baked goods to a programme about making sweets. I had to switch off as the almond toffee was doing things to me that neither Paul Holloway nor any other man could compete with!
