Diagnosed 12 months ago and my Habc1 was 97. Joined up here and started LCHF diet, one year review last week and week so chuffed.... Habc1 was down to 40!!! Of meds keep on doing what I'm doing......just like to say a big thanks to all on here you were all an inspiration

I will stick to my low carb diet and exercise and hopefully never see a high Habc1 again

Well done. I was diagnosed last November with a HbA1C of 99. In February it was down to 59. Hopefully it will be lower still in May. I will be happy to get to 40 after 12 months. So far I have lost 7Kg. I would love to lose 20Kg in a year too.
