Great recipe blog

Some tasty looking stuff there, thanks for posting. I do a lot of dishes with flank steak. I defrost it but before it is fully thawed, I slice it very thinly. It's much easier to get think slices this way. You can stir fry it in a couple of minutes and, if you cut it across the grain, it is very tender this way.
 
I have seen this blog before, I think it was when I was googling recipes for Brussels sprouts ( I'm addicted to them!) it has some lovely recipes - going to try the baked eggs in tomato sauce one this weekend - sorry forget the name of it, I made the chicken with Brussels sprouts one and it was great - but then anything with Brussels usually is!

I have an aubergine losing the will to live in the fridge may try this for lunch tomorrow

Except for the gratuitous and offensive Brussels sprouts. There should have been some sort of warning.
 


I'll bet you like them with chestnuts at Xmas... Two of the vilest naturally occurring foods, combined into a single toxic superfood. Urrrgggh.
 
The pizzas were brilliant! I'm having the fried cauli rice tomorrow, with chicken and prawn.
