Greek yoghurt

I live in the Frozen Northern Wastes where Waitrose doesn't dare to tread.


That one looks great though. I am envious.

Probably because they know Northerners are not daft enough to spend 50 quid on one basket of groceries.
 
Lancashire farms do a 1kg bucket full of Greek yogurt. It seems to come and go at Asda and Morrisons. I enjoy its taste and texture.

I also bought a fat free fromage frais yesterday which is 4.4g per 100. I then added some double cream too.
