Greek yoghurt

I mourn the loss of Fage 10% fat.
Now I can only find the 5% fat version sold locally.

I cope with this disappointment by adding double cream.

Mind you, I usually buy the full fat goatsmilk yog, since for some reason my blood glucose stays lower with goatsmilk than cowsmilk.

M&S do a nice one with 10% fat. It's in a purple tub, 500g and a smaller size too.

Probably because they know Northerners are not daft enough to spend 50 quid on one basket of groceries.

Lancashire farms do a 1kg bucket full of Greek yogurt. It seems to come and go at Asda and Morrisons. I enjoy its taste and texture.

I also bought a fat free fromage frais yesterday which is 4.4g per 100. I then added some double cream too.
