I've recently been drinking green tea as I'd come across information that suggested it might help with arthritis, and I'm currently having issues with my hips. I'm not sure that I'm benefitting at all in that area, but I've noticed that my glucose levels have definitely dropped and my blood pressure that really improved when I started low carbing then in the last few years shot right up to the worst I've seen it, also appears to be coming back down again now too.
I'm not really a great believer in magical miracle properties of certain herbs etc, and I've been watching what I eat a bit more closely to help get my weight down more but I'm just wondering if it is the tea or just coincidence at work here?
So I'm interested in other members experience with it....
(But I have to admit I do swear by glucosamine for keeping my long term non-arthritic wonky knees more or less pain free though my husband claims this is just my imagination, and it crtaily does b****r all for my hip issues...
