Hi all,
I hope I have clicked on the right button, I am very new to Forums, so I hope I can find the right places to type, and don't click on the wrong thing too many times to find my way arround. I did manage to enter a post about the expert course. I start one at the end of February and just wondered if any one had any update on it. thankyou

Hi Jane,

I attended the X-pert course last year. The course was well presented, very informative and well worth the time invested.
Downside, was some of the dietary advice included the NHS line of eating plenty of starchy carbohydrates, the HBA1C targets were too high for my comfort and I was personally disgusted with the attitude of my fellow diabetics on the course, who appeared to show total indifference to the warnings and the serious consequences of non compliance.

In retrospect it was an important part of my learning curve.
