Hello all,
I am not a diabetic, however I am a physical trainer who wishes as one of my main demographics, to work with diabetics and help them reduce risks of complications from diabetes, as well as help manage their insulin needs. I've jointed the forum here in part for information directly from people who are living with diabetes, instead of just paper research, as well as the hope for feedback on certain issues when it comes to training with diabetes.
I hope to be a source of information as well, helping those with questions on physical fitness, bioenergetics, and related fields in health that may be of interest tot he community.
Cheers.
