Thought I should do the right thing and let my insurance company know that I had been diagnosed with T2 even though it is controlled by diet only. Great but apparently they are receiving a high volume of calls and rather than keep me waiting they are not accepting any new calls at this time, sincere apologies blah blah blah ....... dead line!!! I wouldn't mind but this has been at least three different times today and they don't even give an email option.
