Hello again all.
My twitter feed threw up an interesting study done on mice in relation to a healthy gut.
It mentions high fat in an adverse way as some studies still do.
I will paste a paragraph below if you are interesting in reading and a link to the website.
Fungi may affect gut health in unexpected ways, new research suggests.

High-fat diets may alter relationships between bacteria and fungi in mice’s intestines, contributing to obesity, researchers report October 11 in mSphere. In independent work, researchers report that a fungus teams up with two types of bacteria to fuel gut inflammation in people with Crohn’s disease. That work was summarized October 4 in Digestive and Liver Disease.

Also my mother has been suffering with Irritable bowel syndrome for many years I pick some information from videos on you Tube and this one ( 10 Keys to conquering Crones and Colitis )

I will post is worth a watch. It actually reinforces cutting carbs, adding herbs and spices, adding
healthy fats and oils. As I say I take what in what is interesting to me and hope this post may help others in some small way.
