Hi everyone. Does anyone have any info on the use of this plant extract to lower glucose? BEWARE CROSS MEDICATION effect please do not rush out to Himalaya to buy it. i believe there are VERY few clinical trials on it, so i would like to know if anyone has used it. The English or rather the translated name is "sugar destroyer".

Hi, I read about this, and does sound interesting, but became a bit wary after having read about potential contamination issues - gave up trying to track down organic supply in UK, as BS levels started coming down anyway in response to low carb diet.

Thank you Daffodils1. I am in exactly the same place. i am not currently on any BS meds so i did not mind trying it. i do love your point on combination though. Himalaya is a supplier here in South Africa and they are based in India so i suspect that they have an on line store. All i could read on clinical trials is:

I was hoping for a control mechanism for those times i cannot exercise like during the flu which shoots up BS levels.
