It was working and then just stopped. I lost a stone all in all and i'm now 19.3. Been this for weeks and more importantly my visceral fat has just dropped one point. This was my aim my doing this plan was to drop weight and visceral fat. My son is doing ligherlife, he is not diabetic but has gone from 22 stone down to 18 stone in 3 months and looks incredible. He was my motivation but i've worked to get my HbA1C down my fasting sugar over the last few days has freaked me out. The plan has also kicked me out of ketosis so I'm hungry. On low carb I was eating eggs, lean meat, fish, broccoli, cheese in moderation, cream in moderation, berries in moderation, full fat yogurt, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach. Appreciate your help and views.
