It started last evenin feeling shivery and with a tummy ache. Checked BG(5.0) so not an infection :? )
Went to bed early, but then had to get up to go to bathroom for( I apologise) projectile vomiting :twisted:
Bg still 5.5, so not very worried. Felt really awful.
slept fairly well, but didn't get up early for the gym 8). Stayed in bed till 9, but then went downstairs to check on animals.
Checked Bg4.5. So definitely no infection Have eaten a rye crispbread and some scrambled eggs today. tummy still feeling delicate (5.1)
Have stayed ibdoors. have washed whole bathroom and done some laundry and hung it out.
Should be 100% by tomorrow
